All hardware repairs will be conducted by authorised repair agents (without exception). Repair turnaround time is agent dependant and out of CyberOffice (Pty) Ltd control. We will obviously expedite the repair to the best of our ability with the repair agent, but can not guarantee turn around time nor availability of spares for repair. Should the unit be deemed as "UNECONOMICAL TO REPAIR" due to lack of spares/cost of such repairs based on ZAR/USD conversion available at the time, a quote rejection fee of R395.00 plus VAT will apply. This is the Agent cost and will be passed on to the customer as such.
